Really had fine stay of urgent care visit. Neat and updated room, everything was perfect. Easy location close to everything, nice pool. Also - close to the various activities, stores and shops.

I had clean and gorgeous room to myself with a pull out couch, double beds, hot Tub. The location was marvellous for exploring this nice area, just next door to tournament, and restaurants. Apart from that, Westmont Christian Church was 15 minutes' drive away.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, it met the purpose. The service was perfect, I had 1 good night here. Besides, free Wi-Fi in the rooms was working really flawlessly.

I liked this brand-new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The location was good and comfy, right by the beds that need replacing, Texas, and the mall. Also, Texas Water Rampage was 2 miles away. I booked a double room, it was gorgeous and complete with a pull out couch and double beds, for instance. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator where a big plus. The stuff were both attentive and friendly.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, close to all the shopping spots we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the newness of everything impressed us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel.

Felt super comfortable, no complaints at all.

We had a quick night away and chose Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping, making it convenient for our stay. The modern and clean room was comfortable and spacious, complete with a Keurig coffee maker that made great coffee. The breakfast had healthier options like an egg white omelet and turkey sausage, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and overall had a pleasant experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

my recent stay in lubbock was great, but holiday inn express made it even better. the breakfast service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate me and my kids. the spacious room and multiple tvs were a bonus. the location was convenient and the staff were pleasant.

Bathroom had a sewer smell.

Location: the hotel was near to a good convenient area. The staff was really helpful and around most of the time. My room included central heating, a personal safe and pay TV.

Great location - close to restaurants and attractions. Bed sheets were comfortable. The pool was clean and had a hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The hotel offers a new feature where you can text the front desk for any needs or requests.

The hot tub was not working during our stay. The pool had white flakes and hair strands, which was unpleasant.
